Gallery Membership Information

Membership agreement

By becoming a member you agree to the Aviation International legal terms and conditions. The photographer remains the owner of their images while granting the gallery permission to display approved submissions as part of the service.

Membership payments are handled through the configured payment provider and may be paid monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.

Upload and review rules

• Uploaded photographs can be reviewed by AI-assisted checks before entering the publication workflow.
• Photographers can submit JPG, TIFF or RAW-style source files where supported by the upload pipeline.
• Images should be aviation-focused, with aircraft forming the clear subject of the photograph.
• AI-generated images should only be submitted to the appropriate photo-art area and should be clearly identified in the notes.
• Repeated breach of submission rules may result in suspension or removal of photographs.

Allowances and account status

Photo allowances are based on the active membership plan. If a subscription becomes inactive, the account can be suspended and publication access can be restricted until the membership is brought back into good standing.

Use of approved photographs

Approved photographs may be displayed within the gallery and associated Aviation International channels with photographer credit, subject to the site terms and review policy.
