These terms apply to the use of AviationInternational.net, Airliners.app, Aircraft.app and related Aviation International Limited services, products, workshops, publishing and gallery membership services.

By accessing the services, purchasing products or using gallery membership, users agree to be bound by the applicable terms of use and any additional gallery policies.

Use of the services

• Users must be at least 16 years old, or use the services under appropriate parent or guardian supervision where required.
• Aviation International may update the terms and publish notice of revised terms through the site or email.
• Users may not bypass security controls, copy protected materials, scrape gallery content or reverse engineer platform materials.

Gallery membership and user content

Photographers are responsible for the content they upload and must have the necessary copyright, consent and usage rights for submitted work.

Aviation International may moderate, remove, suspend or refuse photographs or accounts where required by the service rules, legal obligations or platform standards.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Paid membership levels provide additional allowances and benefits beyond the free membership tier. Payment, subscription and refund handling is governed by the applicable membership and terms-of-sale conditions.

Dispute resolution

Disputes are handled under the legal framework stated in the full Aviation International terms. The legacy Laravel database contains the long-form legal policy and this page is structured so that the exact CMS-managed version can be expanded or replaced in Payload.
